1. Shipping locations

• We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
• International shipping available to selected countries, also via Australia Post (please contact us if shipping isn’t offered to your location by default, we’ll get it to you!).

2. Shipping rates

Rates may vary depending on weight and location. Calculated at checkout, and you can check on the Cart page as well by inputting your location.

3. Processing time

• Orders are packed within 1-3 business days.
• You will receive a tracking link via email once shipped.

4. Delivery times:

• Standard: 2-8 business days.
• Express: 1-3 business days.
• Remote areas may take longer.
• Outside of Australia: 15-30 business days.

5. Lost or damaged items
If your order is lost or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately via the contact page.
We will help lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
